KINGKONG Bumper Plates are made by durable 100% rubber. This bumper plates have been rigorously tested by coaches and athletes and are suitable for any type of workout. 

These bumper plates/ weight plates have stainless steel inserts which fit tightly on all Olympic size barbells, which are perfect for any gym, home gym or training facility. Each bumper plate is IWF standard 450mm diameter, suitable for all competition training in functional fitness, olympic lifting etc.
