Refund policy

Once payment is processed, orders cannot be canceled; they can only be returned for store credit. You may return most items in new condition, sold and fulfilled by KingKong Fitness, within 30 days of receipt for store credit only, less shipping and handling costs. If any product you receive is damaged, please contact us within that timeframe. A 30% restocking fee will apply to any returned items. Store credit will be processed once products are received and accounted for. Items should be returned in their original packaging. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.

For exchanges, items must be sent back to KingKong Fitness at the customer's expense. If the error is on behalf of KingKong Fitness, we will cover the shipping costs. Please note that pre-order items and made-to-order products cannot be refunded. Custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded. No price adjustments will be made if the item purchased goes on sale after the purchase.

To qualify for return:

  • The item/s and their packaging must be in unused, new condition as it was at the time of purchase, and to be returned to us in all of its original packaging (this includes manuals, bolts, and packaging material) at your own expense – we do not cover return freight. We recommend you use a shipping method with tracking service so you can track your shipment, we credit goods when they arrive in our warehouse, not when they are sent.
  • Should the item/s be returned damaged or missing parts they are not eligible for return. 
  • The return date must be within the 14 days; sufficient time must be made for the item to be returned to us – this includes travel time.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Kingkong Fitness reserves the right to reject a claim for refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
